Are the inflatables clean?

Absolutely, Tyler Inflatables strives to ensure your children are playing in a clean and safe environment.  After each rental and at setup, our technicians thoroughly clean and disinfect each unit, management then inspects their work.

How many children can play at one time?

Before setting up your inflatable, a technician will go over the recommendations with you, they vary from unit to unit.

How far in advance should I reserve a unit?

We recommend the sooner the better, our units are typically booked months in advance.

Does the price include delivery?

YES! Unlike any other inflatable company that we have found our prices include delivery and setup for any address within the city of Tyler.  We do however have to charge sales tax.  We will deliver outside of Tyler for a manageable fee.

Can we expect the delivery to be on time?

Yes, a technician will call you the week of your rental to arrange the particulars of your delivery and pickup.

Can I just pick up the unit from Tyler Inflatables?

Unfortunately you cannot, our insurance requires a trained technician to deliver, setup, and pickup each unit to ensure safety.  Some of our inflatables are over 500lbs.
